Zed Towers is a luxurious residential and commercial development located in the heart of Sheikh Zayed City, Egypt. The project is being developed by Ora Developers, which is owned by Egyptian billionaire Naguib Sawiris, in collaboration with Saif Group and Kohistan Builders.
The development comprises of two towers, one of which is 220 meters tall and the other is 170 meters tall. The towers are connected by a sky bridge, which will offer residents stunning views of the surrounding area. The towers will have a total of 1,056 residential units, ranging from one to four bedrooms, as well as commercial and retail spaces.
The design of the towers is inspired by the shape of the ancient Egyptian hieroglyph for the letter Z, which is also the first letter of the project's name. The towers will feature a unique façade made of glass and aluminum, which will reflect the surrounding landscape and create a shimmering effect.
The development will offer residents a wide range of amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, a spa, a cinema, a business center, and a rooftop garden. There will also be a shopping mall on the ground floor, which will feature high-end fashion brands, restaurants, and cafes.
