Zed Towers is a new development in the heart of Sheikh Zayed City, Egypt. The project is a joint venture between Ora Developers, owned by Egyptian billionaire Naguib Sawiris, and Saif Group, a Pakistani conglomerate. The towers are set to become the tallest buildings in Africa, standing at 70 stories high.

The development will include residential and commercial spaces, as well as a luxury hotel and a shopping mall. The towers will have a total of 1,000 apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms, with prices starting at EGP 1.5 million ($95,000). The apartments will be equipped with smart home technology, allowing residents to control their homes through their smartphones.

The project is designed by world-renowned architect, Zaha Hadid, who passed away in 2016. The towers will feature her signature curvaceous style, with a sleek and modern design. The towers will also have a unique twisting shape, which will allow for panoramic views of the city.
