Nakheel Developments, a Dubai-based real estate developer, has unveiled its latest project in New Capital Egypt, the Trio V Tower. The tower is set to be a luxurious addition to the skyline of the new administrative capital of Egypt, offering residents a unique living experience.

The Trio V Tower is a 40-story tower that will offer a mix of residential and commercial units. The tower will feature 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, as well as duplexes and penthouses. The apartments will range in size from 70 to 300 square meters, with prices starting from EGP 1.5 million.

The tower will also feature a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, a spa, and a rooftop lounge with panoramic views of the city. The tower will also have a shopping mall on the ground floor, with a range of shops and restaurants.

The Trio V Tower is located in the heart of the new administrative capital, which is set to become the new center of government and business in Egypt. The new capital is being built on a 700 square kilometer site, with plans to house 6.5 million people.
