Solas New Capital Egypt is a new megaproject located in the New Administrative Capital, a new city being developed in Egypt. It is a mixed-use development that will include residential, commercial, and recreational facilities. It will be located on an area of more than 8 million square meters and will be the largest private sector-led real estate project in the region. The project will include a mix of residential, commercial, and recreational facilities, as well as a large shopping mall, a 5-star hotel, a convention center, a business park, and a world-class golf course. The project is being developed by Solas Investment Group, a leading Egyptian real estate developer. The project is expected to be completed by 2021.
