Obsidier Tower is a new development in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt, located just outside of Cairo. The tower is set to be one of the tallest buildings in Egypt, standing at a height of 385 meters. The project is being developed by the Egyptian real estate company, Al Ahly Sabbour, and is expected to be completed by 2022.
The Obsidier Tower will be a mixed-use development, featuring residential apartments, office spaces, and retail outlets. The tower will have 60 floors, with the lower floors dedicated to office spaces and retail outlets, while the upper floors will be residential apartments. The tower will have a total of 900 apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms.
The tower will also feature a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, a spa, and a rooftop garden. The rooftop garden will offer stunning views of the New Administrative Capital and the surrounding areas.
