Nile Business City, a new project in the heart of Egypt's New Administrative Capital, is set to become the largest mixed-use development in North Africa. The project spans across 300 acres and is expected to be completed in three phases at an estimated cost of $2.8bn.

The New Administrative Capital is located 45 kilometers east of Cairo and spans over 170,000 acres of land, making it one of the largest infrastructure projects in the region. The city is expected to house the state's administrative institutions and diplomatic missions, as well as provide residential and commercial spaces for the public.
