Nile Business City New Capital Egypt is a major new development project planned for the outskirts of Cairo, Egypt. The project, first announced in 2017, was designed with the intention of creating a business hub and city center that would attract international investors.

The project covers an area of 6,500 hectares and will include housing, commercial and shopping areas, as well as leisure facilities, schools and a university. The project will also feature a new airport, roads and other infrastructure.

The government has already allocated funds to the project, including an estimated $4 billion for initial construction. The aim is to create an environment suitable for both local and international businesses, with tax incentives, special economic zones, and a business-friendly legal framework.
