Nile Business City is a mixed-use business complex located in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. The project is being developed by the Nile Real Estate Development Company and is expected to be completed by 2023.

The complex covers an area of 42,000 square meters and comprises four buildings, including a hotel, office tower, retail center, and conference center. The development also features landscaped gardens, water features, and a large parking area.

The hotel tower will be 29 stories high and will include 250 rooms and suites. The office tower will be 22 stories high and will offer approximately 56,000 square meters of premium office space. The retail center will have a total built-up area of 23,000 square meters and will include a supermarket, restaurants, and cafes.

The conference and events center will offer advanced technology and will be able to host up to 1,200 people. In addition, the center will have a VIP lounge, a business center, and meeting rooms.

The Nile Business City is designed to be an eco-friendly development, incorporating sustainable design features such as solar panels, a green roof, and energy-efficient lighting systems.

The complex is strategically located in the heart of the New Administrative Capital, with easy access to major transportation routes and is expected to attract local and international businesses
