Nile Business City is a mixed-use development located in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt, also known as the New Capital City. The project is being developed by Nile Development, a subsidiary of the Egyptian construction company, Hassan Allam Holding.

The development spans over 5 million square meters and is designed to be a self-sufficient city within the New Capital. It will feature residential, commercial, and administrative buildings, as well as recreational and entertainment facilities.

The project will include a central business district, a shopping mall, a five-star hotel, a convention center, and a medical center. It will also have a park and a sports complex, including a golf course and a football stadium.

The Nile Business City is strategically located near the main roads connecting the New Capital to Cairo and other major cities in Egypt. It is also close to the New Capital International Airport, which is currently under construction.

The project is expected to create job opportunities and attract local and international investors to the New Capital.
