JD Tower New Capital Egypt is a skyscraper complex located in the new administrative capital of Egypt. Developed by JD Group and Sheta Capital, the tower will consist of three buildings and will be the tallest completed building in the new capital city upon its opening.

The tallest tower will stand at 315 meters and contain 67 floors. It will house offices, a hotel, and multiple entertainment facilities such as a cinema, restaurant, and shopping mall. The other two towers will be of lesser heights and will provide residences to the public. The project is estimated to cost approximately 3 billion Egyptian pounds.

Designed by Studio Fuksas, the JD Tower will be constructed using innovative smart engineering technology to ensure minimal energy loss during use. It is expected to be completed by 2025 and will become a major landmark of the city. It will also provide employment opportunities for around 10,000 workers during the construction process. Upon completion, the JD Tower will be one of the most iconic buildings in Egypt and the Middle East region.
