ICity 6 October Egypt is a large-scale, mixed-use urban development project located in the 6 October City area of Cairo, Egypt. The project is being developed by the iCity Group, a joint venture between the Egyptian government and a consortium of leading international real estate developers. The project will feature a variety of residential, commercial, and retail developments, as well as a state-of-the-art medical facility. The project is expected to be completed by 2023 and will provide much-needed housing and employment opportunities for the area.
