Double Two Tower is a new development located in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. The tower is set to be one of the tallest buildings in the country, with a height of 385 meters. The project is being developed by Double Two for Real Estate Development, a subsidiary of the Saudi Arabian company, Al Murjan Group.

The tower will consist of two separate buildings, connected by a sky bridge at the top. The first building will be a 59-story residential tower, with a total of 1,100 apartments. The second building will be a 55-story office tower, with a total of 100,000 square meters of office space. The two towers will be built on a 10,000 square meter plot of land, with a total built-up area of 300,000 square meters.

The Double Two Tower will feature a range of amenities, including a shopping mall, a cinema, a gym, a spa, and a swimming pool. The tower will also have a helipad on the roof, making it one of the few buildings in Egypt with this feature.
