Amazon Development has announced its newest project, the Diamond Tower, in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt.

The Diamond Tower is set to be a mixed-use development that will offer residential, commercial, and retail spaces. At a height of 87 meters, the tower will have 18 floors and will offer panoramic views of the city.

According to Amazon Development, the Diamond Tower will be built using environmentally-friendly materials and will incorporate sustainable design elements such as solar panels and energy-efficient appliances.

The tower will also have state-of-the-art amenities, including a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and a rooftop garden. The residential units will range from studios to three-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from EGP 950,000 ($60,000).

The tower's commercial and retail spaces will offer a range of entertainment and dining options, making it a destination for both residents and visitors.

The project is set to be completed by 2023, and Amazon Development hopes that it will contribute to the development of the New Administrative Capital as a modern and sustainable city.

“We are excited to introduce the Diamond Tower to the New Administrative Capital. As a company, we are committed to providing high-quality developments that offer a sustainable and luxurious lifestyle for our customers,” said Walid Rabie, CEO of Amazon Development.

The Diamond Tower is just one of the many projects that Amazon Development has planned for the New Administrative Capital. The company is also developing the Amazonia residential complex, which will offer a range of luxury apartments and villas.

Overall, the Diamond Tower is set to be an impressive addition to the New Administrative Capital, and its mix of residential, commercial, and retail spaces will make it a unique destination for residents and visitors alike
