Diamond Tower, the latest addition to Egypt's New Administrative Capital skyline, is set to become the country's tallest building, standing at a staggering height of 385 meters. The tower, which is expected to be completed in 2023, is being developed by China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), a state-owned construction company responsible for building several iconic structures worldwide.

The Diamond Tower is designed by the renowned architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), the mastermind behind some of the world's most recognizable buildings, including Burj Khalifa in Dubai, One World Trade Center in New York, and the Willis Tower in Chicago. The Diamond Tower's design is inspired by the ancient Egyptian pyramids, featuring a triangular shape with inclined walls that converge at the top into a diamond-shaped crown.

The tower's facade is made of high-performance glass, which will provide natural lighting for the building's interior while shielding it from direct sunlight. The glass walls will also offer stunning 360-degree views of the surrounding landscape, including the nearby government district, central business district, and the green spaces of the Capital Park.

The Diamond Tower will be a mixed-use development, comprising offices, luxury apartments, retail spaces, and a high-end hotel. The tower will have a total of 70 floors, with the first 35 floors dedicated to commercial and retail spaces, followed by 25 floors of luxurious apartments, and finally, ten floors reserved for a five-star hotel. The tower's top floor will feature an observation deck, offering breathtaking views of the Egyptian capital.

The Diamond Tower's strategic location in the New Administrative Capital puts it in proximity to several government institutions and business districts, making it an ideal choice for high-end commercial and residential use. The tower's mixed-use design enables it to cater to different needs, attracting an international crowd of residents, tourists, and businesspeople.

The Diamond Tower New Capital Egypt is expected to become the new symbol of modern Egypt, showcasing the country's ambitious plans for urban development and economic growth. The tower's sleek, futuristic design and state-of-the-art technology are a reflection of Egypt's desire to position itself as a leader in the global business community. When completed, the Diamond Tower will set a new standard for luxury living and commercial activity, enhancing the image of the New Administrative Capital and the entire country.
