Diamond Tower, the latest addition to the skyline of the New Capital City in Egypt, is set to become the tallest tower in Africa.

Standing at 385 meters tall with 78 floors, the tower is expected to be completed in 2022 and will be a mixed-use development featuring offices, apartments, and a luxury hotel.

Diamond Tower is being developed by Al Ahly Sabbour, in partnership with UAE-based La Cigale Real Estate Investment, and is part of the New Administrative Capital project, which aims to relieve congestion in Cairo and provide a modern city with state-of-the-art infrastructure.

The tower's design is inspired by the shape of a diamond and has a distinct angular form. It will feature an observation deck on the top floor, offering panoramic views of the city, and a restaurant and lounge on the 77th floor.

The tower's location in the New Capital City, which is expected to be Egypt's administrative and financial hub, makes it an attractive investment opportunity for businesses looking to operate in a modern and well-connected city.

The New Capital City plans to be a smart city, utilizing advanced technologies to provide citizens with better services and more efficient transportation. It is also designed to be an environmentally friendly city, relying on renewable energy sources and featuring green spaces and parks.

In addition to Diamond Tower, the New Capital City will feature other iconic landmarks such as the Grand Egyptian Museum, the largest museum dedicated to Egyptian civilization, and the Al-Fattah Al-Aleem Mosque, one of the largest mosques in the world.

Overall, Diamond Tower is a testament to Egypt's growing economy and its ambition to become a modern and sustainable nation. Its completion will mark a new era of development in the country, attracting more investors and creating job opportunities for Egyptians.
