Egypt's new capital city is seeing a surge in development projects, and one of the most attractive ones is Central Iconic Tower. Set to become the tallest building in North Africa, the tower is a masterpiece of architecture and design.

Modon Development, the real estate company behind the project, has already made a name for itself with a track record of delivering iconic projects in Egypt. The Central Iconic Tower is set to become their most ambitious project yet, and with a budgeted cost of $2.7 billion, it's easy to understand why.

The tower will soar to a height of 385 meters, making it significantly taller than Cairo's highest building, the Cairo Tower, which stands at 187 meters. The building will also host several amenities such as a luxury hotel, a shopping mall, a spa, and a business center.

The tower's design is inspired by ancient Egyptian obelisks and features an elegant curved shape that gives the impression of a svelte spire rising from the ground. The curves also serve a functional purpose, allowing for an increased exposure to natural light and lowering the overall wind load on the building.

The 77-story tower will feature a total area of 310,000 square meters, with 95,000 square meters of office space and 13,000 square meters of retail space. The building's unique shape means that every single floor has an impressive view, offering both residents and office workers stunning panoramic views.

Modon Development has a history of creating environmentally friendly buildings, and the Central Iconic Tower is no exception. The tower's design incorporates a green façade system that will allow vegetation to grow on the building, providing insulation and reducing the need for artificial cooling.

The tower is set to become the centerpiece of Egypt's new capital city, and with construction already underway, it's not too long before the dream becomes a reality. When completed, the Central Iconic Tower will cement its place in the Egyptian skyline and attract visitors from all over the world.
