The Central Iconic Tower is a new landmark building that is currently under construction in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. This tower is set to become one of the tallest buildings in Africa, standing at a height of 385 meters. The tower is being built by the China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) and is expected to be completed by 2022.

The Central Iconic Tower will be a mixed-use development, with a total floor area of 345,000 square meters. The tower will have 78 floors, with the first 20 floors being dedicated to office space, while the remaining floors will be used for a luxury hotel and residential apartments. The tower will also have a sky deck on the top floor, which will offer panoramic views of the surrounding area.

The design of the Central Iconic Tower is inspired by the lotus flower, which is a symbol of purity and enlightenment in Egyptian culture. The tower will have a unique shape, with a tapered base that gradually widens towards the top. The facade of the tower will be made of glass and steel, with a pattern that resembles the petals of a lotus flower.
