The tower is being developed by Bayadega Real Estate, a subsidiary of the Egyptian construction company, Hassan Allam Holding. The tower is designed by the renowned architectural firm, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), which is responsible for some of the world's most iconic buildings, including the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the One World Trade Center in New York.

The Bayadega Tower is designed to be a mixed-use development, with office spaces, retail outlets, and luxury apartments. The tower will have a total built-up area of 50,000 square meters, with 16,000 square meters dedicated to office spaces, 6,000 square meters for retail outlets, and 28,000 square meters for residential units.
