Skyway New Capital Egypt has recently announced the construction of the Bayadega Tower, a new landmark in the heart of the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. The tower is set to be one of the tallest buildings in the city, standing at a height of 385 meters.

The Bayadega Tower will be a mixed-use development, comprising of residential, commercial, and office spaces. The tower will have 75 floors, with the lower floors dedicated to retail and commercial spaces, while the upper floors will house luxury apartments and offices.

The tower's design is inspired by the shape of a lotus flower, a symbol of rebirth and regeneration in Egyptian culture. The tower's unique shape will make it stand out in the skyline of the New Administrative Capital, and its reflective glass façade will give it a modern and futuristic look.

The Bayadega Tower will also feature state-of-the-art amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, a spa, and a rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the city. The tower will also have a sky lounge on the 70th floor, providing residents with a luxurious and exclusive space to relax and socialize.
