Bayadega Tower is a new landmark in the heart of the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. The tower, which is currently under construction, is set to become one of the tallest buildings in Africa, standing at a height of 385 meters.

The tower is being developed by the China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), one of the largest construction companies in the world. The tower is expected to be completed by 2022 and will be a mixed-use development, comprising of office space, residential apartments, and a luxury hotel.

The Bayadega Tower will have a total of 97 floors, with the first 22 floors dedicated to office space. The tower will also have a sky lobby on the 23rd floor, which will offer panoramic views of the city. The residential apartments will be located on the upper floors of the tower, with the luxury hotel occupying the top floors.

The tower will be equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including high-speed elevators, advanced security systems, and energy-efficient technologies. The tower will also have a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, and spa, as well as a range of restaurants and cafes.
