Bayadega Tower is a new development in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt, which is located 45 kilometers east of Cairo. The tower is a mixed-use development that will offer residential, commercial, and retail spaces. It is expected to be completed by 2023.

The tower will rise to a height of 200 meters and will have 50 floors. It will offer 1,200 residential units, ranging from one to four bedrooms. The tower will also have a five-star hotel with 180 rooms, a shopping mall, and offices.

The tower's design is inspired by the shape of the lotus flower, which is a symbol of rebirth and regeneration in Egyptian culture. The tower's facade will be made of glass, which will reflect the surrounding landscape and create a sense of transparency and lightness.

The tower's location in the New Administrative Capital is strategic, as it is close to the government district, the diplomatic district, and the business district. The New Administrative Capital is a new city that is being built to alleviate the congestion in Cairo and to provide a modern and sustainable living environment for its residents.
