SV New Capital Egypt has recently announced the launch of their new residential tower, A1 Tower. Located in the New Capital City of Egypt, A1 Tower will provide residents with luxurious, high-end facilities and amenities.
The tower is spread across a total area of 15,000 square meters and will include 144 residential units, ranging from studios to penthouses. The tower will also feature a number of amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, a sauna, a kids’ playground, a library and a club house.
