31 North Tower is a mixed-use development project located in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt, which is a new city being built near Cairo. The tower is being developed by Al Ahly For Real Estate Development and designed by the American architect Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). The tower will be 385 meters tall and will consist of 80 floors, making it one of the tallest buildings in Africa.

The tower will feature luxury hotel rooms, apartments, offices, and retail spaces. The hotel will have a total of 300 rooms, while the residential part of the tower will have around 220 units. The office space will cover around 66,000 square meters, and the retail space will be spread over four floors and will offer various products and services.

The tower will also include several amenities, such as a swimming pool, a gym, and a spa. Moreover, it will have a sky lounge and a restaurant on the top floor, offering stunning views of the New Capital and its surroundings.

The 31 North Tower aims to provide a luxurious and comfortable living experience for its residents, as well as a convenient and dynamic environment for various businesses.
